Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


• If you wish to return your item, please email us with your invoice number and we will get back to you within two working days.


• If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to The Foundry within 10 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or exchange for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the Product and does not include any delivery costs.


• If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.


• All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.


• You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item.


• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
